• Crane International School Myanmar was founded in 1997 by a motivated Myanmar couple who are committed to raising the standards of English language teaching and learning experiences. To provide a high-quality international education option for Myanmar students in Yangon the school operated under the guidance of Crane International Company Co. Ltd originally named as Centre for Business and Language Studies (CBLS). A year later, CBLS needed to expand in order to respond to the growing demands of English Education in Yangon and began to make both primary and secondary education available.

  • In 1998, C.B.L.S moved to a larger facility on Shin Saw Pu Road for the Primary Sector and Bahosi Complex for the Secondary Sector. Twelve years later a second campus opened in Mayangone to accommodate the expanding enrollment with separate elementary, middle and high schools interwoven into one complex that was unrivalled in the region.

  • Today, Crane International School Myanmar is an international school for students aged 3 – 17 and it serves a truly multi-cultural community, where every student is valued and treated as an individual. We set high standards and expectations and we encourage and support our students to achieve their very best. The school is situated in pleasant and spacious grounds and students benefit from a varied curriculum with access to a modern sports centre.
